"Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword...."
The interesting thing about this particular comment was that it had a link to what was supposed to be a website on how to optimize your website. But in this case it was a link to a website that was selling a system for investing in binary trading which promised to make me a million dollars in 27 days. Wow! I only wish.
The second thing about this post is it contains things that are true but is fundamentally wrong. On-page SEO isn't the "new" SEO. In fact this is the old way of optimizing websites which hasn't changed. We do this as part of opimizing all your website pages. The part that is misleading is that it isn't as big a factor as it used to be.
Most of these blog comments are of a different nature. They are usually something ambigous and contain a backlink to whatever website they are trying to build links to for SEO. This usually doesn't work unless the website doesn't have comments set to be moderated. So they will sit unpublished in the comments unless a moderator publishes them.
SEO has changed dramatically in the last 3-4 years. Now you can't just focus on one thing like link building, or the website itself. We need to build campaigns that create content that are buyer personas are looking for. We get those published on social media channels to get shared and attract the right kind of visitors to your website.
But what happens when you have visitors on your website? Well, you need (or should have) conversion opportunities to get leads for new customers. These are forms that people fill out to get more information like and ebook or attend a webinar.
